And the modesty of Adriana Lima, Lily Donaldson, Eniko Mihalik, Isabeli Fontana and Natasha Poly is only protected by a strategically placed V logo on the five front covers of the magazine.
Shot by famed photographer Mario Sorrenti, one photo shows British model Lily Donaldson wearing a leopard skin jacket and skimpy heart shaped thong, with the 'V' over her breasts.
Brazilian Isabeli wears a risqué set of revealing leather underwear, while Adriana, also from Brazil, sports blue stockings and a white suspender belt.
Natasha, who hails from Russia, seems to be almost totally nude, aside from what appears to be a yellow hose pipe snaking around her body.
However, there is a catch.
Those who want to see the girls in their full naked glory will have to order the special 'scratchable' copies of the magazines from V's website.
